• 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 large loaf French bread
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 1 & 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • powdered sugar

Mix butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup and pour into 9×13 pan. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes and place in pan on top of butter mixture. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and pour over bread. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 for 50-55 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
