Below are our new registration forms for the upcoming 2012 - 2013 school year. You can click to download any of them:

Please have your doctor's office use the "History of Immunizations" form when you are registering your child for our Christ Church Early Childhood Ministry.

Below you can also find forms for the current Spring 2012 session as well.

Registration will be taken in person on February 1, 2012 at 9:00 am for Families of Current Students.

Registration will be taken in person on February 2, 2012:

• 9:00 am - Other Christ Church Families
• 9:15 am - Families from the Local Community

Both days, February 1 and 2, we will have the building open at 8:00 am, so that you can come in and pick up your line number ahead of time, if you would like.

After February 5, bring your check with the completed registration form to the ECM office:

The registration fee is $120 per child (non-refundable).

Tuition for Toddler 1 or Toddler 2 Classes:

• One day per week - Monthly fee is $107.
• Two days per week - Monthly fee is $214.

Tuition for Threes and Fours Class, or Pre-Kindergarten Class:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Monthly fee is $164.
• Tuesday and Thursday - Monthly fee is $113.
• The Extended Day Option is $76/month per single day - either Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday, or Thursday - 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm.
• The Extended Day Option is $152/month for Monday and Wednesday, or for Tuesday and Thursday - 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm.

No refunds or adjustments are made for missed days when school is in session, such as illness or vacations.
