Assisting Schedules for Worship
At Christ Church, we use a web-based system called Ministry Scheduler Pro, to schedule everyone for helping out during our worship services. This helps us to more easily schedule everyone, and also helps us to make sure the schedule is fair to everyone.

The schedule is accurate to the minute, so you can always see exactly what's happening, at your convenience!
And if you would like to be involved in our worship ministry, or have any questions, just e-mail the church office at officeadmin@zionsvillelutheran.org so we can add you to the system. (Don’t forget to check your junk mail to make sure the email didn’t land there.)
Also, you can easily make changes to your availability through the web. You can log in to let us know of dates that you'll be unavailable to serve, you can request a substitute, and you can also sign up to be a sub for someone else! We hope this helps to make your serving even easier!
